The property achieves a +20% return due to a smart buy process and cost effiecient refurbishments.
Property Holds
The properties remain in the portfolio to achieve a +10.5% return.
A series of stress test are carried out to ensure there’s a high demand for rental properties.
Every property in the portfolio can expect a refinace between 12 and 18 months.
